Return & Exchange Policy

We believe to give you a great customer experience every time you shop with us, but considering the fact that same product cannot be used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered. 

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns
Please Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, Please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags.

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not taken back.

Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale any opened or used products.

Cancellation Policy
Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.However return is possible for all orders/products.
                        OR
Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return  is possible for all orders/products.

Exchange Policy
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
If Wrong Size/Flavor/Colour/Brand/Model delivered or damaged in transit, the order will be replaced free of cost.

Return/ replacement if received in damaged condition will be done only when the same has been reported to customer service within 24 hours of receiving along with the images of the damaged product, subject to inspection and checking by Samba India Team.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns/Exchange Policy.

If QC fails, then same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.
